Everyone needs a Will, especially those living together and not married as if one dies their Estate does NOT pass to their partner but to the deceased`s family. Equally, everyone should have a Power of Attorney so that if they become unable to deal with their affairs due to an accident, stroke, car crash etc. they have someone who can step in.
